Terms & Conditions

By making a purchase through the site of From Day Till Night (FDTN), you are deemed to have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions below. FDTN reserves full rights to amend the terms and conditions at any one time, without prior notice.


1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

1.1 Currency
All prices shown on the site are in Singapore Dollars.
1.2 Payment methods
We accept the major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. For corporate or off-site orders, kindly email us at: hello@fromdaytillnight.com to request for invoice.
1.3 Order acceptance
Only orders with full payments or downpayment (for decor and styling services) will be processed. We reserve the rights to refuse service to any person for any reason at our own discretion. If we make such a decision, we will inform the customer of our decision via email or over the telephone. It is important to note that this guarantee does not confer the right to an automatic 100% refund, but only to a fair resolution.
1.4 Order cancellation
Cancellations need to be made as soon as possible in writing to us via email at: hello@fromdaytillnight.com with indication of your order or invoice number. Cancellation of order will be reviewed by a case to case basis with consideration of level of customisation and/or work already done (for decor and styling services). Penalties for cancellation will range from 50% of the total purchase price to full amount being forfeited, at our own discretion. Any cancellation made will not be acknowledged by the company, until a confirmation email sent to the customer.
1.5 Order changes
Changes need to be made as soon as possible in writing to us via email at: hello@fromdaytillnight.com with indication of your order or invoice number. Changes to order will be reviewed by a case to case basis with consideration of level of customisation and/or work already done (for decor and styling services). Surcharges for changes will be dependent on scope of changes and duration given, at our own discretion. Any changes made will not be acknowledged by the company, until a confirmation email from sent to the customer.
1.6 Refunds
Any other refund requests made, will be reviewed at FDTN's own discretion. We reserves full rights to decline a refund request. 

2. PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

2.1 Prices
As the products provided by FDTN are subject to seasonal and other price rises beyond the control of FDTN, prices might be changed at our discretion. We are not liable for any compensation to you resulting from such changes.

2.2 Promotional Codes
From time to time, FDTN may offer promotional codes or products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date. A special offer or promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or promotional code. In the event that a customer has made a purchase and the price of a product differs due to a special offer or promotional code, the price of the product at the time of purchase shall prevail. We are unable to offer special offer discounts or apply promotional codes for purchases that have already been made. As our special offers are often made available due to the availability of products, we may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to offer personalised special offers and promotions which will only be redeemable by the customer in receipt.

3. PRODUCT

3.1 Product colour and accuracy
While we try our best to describe and showcase our products to our best knowledge, actual colours may vary as due to seasons and every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product. Please also remember that each piece is unique. No two arrangements/setups are exactly alike.
3.2 Product availability and substitution
Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order is delivered on time. Our florists will substitute a similar element (e.g. basket, toy, box, flower) of equal or greater value at our own discretion. We use only the freshest flowers and quality products, acceptable to our standards. Therefore, we will make substitutions depending on seasonal/product availability. Whenever substitution is necessary, our professional florists will ensure that the 'look and feel' of the arrangement will be maintained.

4. DELIVERY

4.1 Delivery charges
Delivery charges will be calculated during checkout. Charges 
may subjected to price changes, especially during peak/festive periods. Additional charges may be collected separately for restricted and remote delivery locations. These locations include, but is not limited to, airport cargo complexes, airline roads and vicinity, SAF camps, naval bases, RSAF bases, prisons, shipyards, Jurong Island and Seletar Aerospace, Sentosa Island, crematoriums, Marina Costal Drive vicinity, turf clubs, Tuas, Changi Loyang. We may cease deliveries to these restricted and remote locations during peak/festive periods at our own discretion.

4.2 Delivery fulfilment
We will strive to deliver your order to the recipient’s address you have provided within the delivery time slot selected. However, there are times when this is not possible due to problems with the address information provided and/or due to problems our drivers encounter when attempting to deliver the order. It is therefore very important that you ensure that the recipient’s address you provide is accurate, and that additional instructions are given to assist our drivers to locate difficult to find addresses.

4.3 Receipt of deliveries
You are responsible for ensuring that someone is at the specified location to receive the delivery. Flowers sent to business addresses and hospitals may be delivered to a main reception; the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your recipient. For deliveries to home addresses, if no one is there to accept delivery, the flowers will be delivered to the management office (if any), unless otherwise specified; the signature of any person in the management office shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your recipient. FDTN will not be liable for the products once it has been delivered and acknowledged by recipient or on behalf of recipient to the designated delivery address. If you have indicated that you do not wish us to leave the flowers at the management office, in the event that no one is home to accept delivery, we will leave the flowers outside the front door. FDTN will not be liable for the products from that point onwards. 

4.3 Delivery areas and permits
Currently we only offer local delivery and setup. For areas that requires prior applications of delivery permits, 
either you or your recipient will need to arrange for the necessary paperwork and clearance. Should there be a non-delivery or delays due to clearance issues, we will not be held responsible.

4.4 Delivery time slots
We will strive to deliver your order to the recipient’s address you have provided within the delivery time slot selected. During peak/festive periods, our delivery window may be adjusted in order to guarantee that all orders will be delivered on the day requested. Kindly note and select the time slots available during checkout.

5. RENTAL 

5.1 Event setups
All equipment, display wares, goods, props, etc. remain property of FDTN and are on rental basis during course of event and you will be responsible to return them to us in the condition as before. Clients are encouraged to inspect all items upon completion of setup. If clients do not inspect the items upon completion of setup, the items are deemed satisfactory and damaged-free.

5.2 Losses and damages
Should an item become lost or damaged, you will be liable for reimbursing FDTN for the full cost of replacement or repair (if possible). Please contact us immediately about any losses or damages. Replacement value is based on the current retail value if replaceable. Should an item be not entirely replaceable, a next nearest replacement will be done. Repair value is based on parts costs, labour costs, transport costs and any other costs involved during course of repair.  These reimbursement charges are payable within 5 calendar days of the end of event.

5.3 Injury or property damage
FDTN accepts no responsibility for injury caused to any person or damage caused to any property of the client/venue resulting from the rental of our items.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

6.1 Personal information collection
When you visit www.fromdaytillnight.com ("the Site"), we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card details), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

6.2 Usage of personal information
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

6.3 Sharing of personal information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, in cases of order fulfilment, we use third parties service providers to aid in the completion of your purchase orders. As described above, we may use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. 6.5 Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

6.6 Age of consent
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Site.

6.6 Changes to privacy policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products or provide services to you.
